Shipping Policy
Your orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time of up to 10 business days. After verifying your order details and payment, we will ship your products promptly.
The estimated delivery time begins from the date your order is confirmed by L'atelier Accract. While we make every effort to adhere to these timelines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Loss or Damage During Transit
L'atelier Accract is not responsible for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged goods as evidence for your claim.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
High Volume Orders
During busy periods, shipping and processing times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Customs Duties and Taxes
L'atelier Accract does not cover customs duties or additional taxes imposed by local authorities. All fees related to customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
L'atelier Accract offers a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please ensure your returned items are shipped within this timeframe.
Claims regarding product delivery issues must be made within 14 days of receipt. Parcels returned after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. We do not accept parcels sent via cash-on-delivery.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team within 14 days at info@latelieraccract.com, providing your full name, order number, and request details. Returns or exchanges without prior notification and confirmation via email will not be accepted.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including original packaging and tags. Products purchased during sale periods are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. L'atelier Accract will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return transit. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photographs demonstrating the issue, your order number, name, and contact email. Minor discrepancies between website images and received products do not constitute defects.
